GUEST TERMS

For Your Stay

Article 1

Scope of Application

1.

Accommodation contracts and any related agreements entered into between the Facility and guests shall be governed by these Accommodation Terms and Conditions. Any matters not provided for herein shall be governed by applicable laws or generally established customs.

2.

Where the Facility agrees to a special arrangement, insofar as such arrangement does not violate applicable laws or established customs, the special arrangement shall prevail notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2

Application for Accommodation

1.

Guests wishing to stay at the facility must apply for accommodation using the booking method specified by the facility.

2.

Please provide accurate information required for your stay, including your name, contact details, number of guests, and any other information requested by the facility.

3.

If your reservation details change, please complete the necessary procedures through the booking service used for the reservation or by the method specified by the facility.

Article 8

Facility Use Hours

1.

Please refer to the times stated at booking or in the stay information for check-in and check-out.

2.

The facility is a private whole-property accommodation. During your stay, please use the facility in compliance with the rules of use.

3.

Use of the facility beyond the check-out time may not be accommodated.

Article 3

Formation of Accommodation Contract

1.

The accommodation contract is concluded when the facility accepts the application for accommodation.

2.

For reservations made through external booking services such as Airbnb, the accommodation contract is concluded when the reservation is confirmed on that service.

3.

Please check the information displayed at the time of booking for accommodation rates, payment methods, and other reservation conditions.

Article 4

Refusal of Accommodation Contract

The facility may refuse to enter into an accommodation contract if it determines that any of the following applies.

1.

When the application for accommodation violates these Accommodation Terms or the facility’s rules of use.

2.

When an application is made for a number of guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the Facility.

3.

When a guest is deemed likely to engage in conduct contrary to laws, public order, or accepted standards of morality.

4.

When the guest is deemed to be a member of an organized crime group, a member of such a group, or otherwise affiliated with antisocial forces.

5.

When the guest makes violent demands, uses threatening language or behavior, or makes demands that exceed reasonable limits in connection with their stay.

6.

When the guest is deemed likely to cause significant disturbance or inconvenience to other guests, neighboring residents, or persons associated with the Facility.

7.

When accommodation cannot be provided due to a natural disaster, equipment failure, or other unavoidable circumstances.

8.

When the Facility determines that accommodating the guest would be inappropriate for the safe and proper operation of the Facility for any other reason.

Article 5

Cancellation by the Guest

1.

Guests may cancel the accommodation contract through the booking service used for the reservation or by the method specified by the facility.

2.

Changes, cancellations, and cancellation fees are subject to the cancellation policy and other conditions displayed by the booking service used at the time of reservation.

3.

If a guest does not stay for reasons attributable to the guest, accommodation charges or cancellation fees may still apply according to the conditions set at the time of booking.

Article 6

Termination by the Facility

The facility may terminate the accommodation contract and refuse further use of the facility if it determines that any of the following applies to a guest.

1.

When these Accommodation Terms or the facility’s rules of use are violated.

2.

When conduct violates applicable laws, public order, or accepted standards of morality.

3.

When conduct causes serious disturbance to nearby residents or others.

4.

When the facility, equipment, or furnishings are intentionally damaged or damaged through gross negligence.

5.

When fire or other equipment is used in a dangerous manner.

6.

When the facility is used by more guests than declared.

7.

When the guest fails to comply with reasonable instructions given by the Facility.

8.

When it becomes difficult to continue the guest’s stay due to a natural disaster, facility or equipment failure, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 7

Guest Registration

Guests may be required to register their name, address, contact information, and other necessary details in accordance with applicable laws.

Foreign nationals may be asked to provide nationality, passport number, other required information, and/or present a passport as required by law.

Article 9

Compliance with Facility Rules

Guests shall comply with these Accommodation Terms and Conditions, as well as the rules of use and notices established by the Facility, while on the premises.

Article 10

Accommodation Rates

1.

Accommodation rates shall be as displayed on the booking service or other platform used at the time of reservation.

2.

Payment methods and timing are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of booking.

3.

If additional charges are incurred during the stay due to the guest’s responsibility, the guest may be required to make payment using the method specified by the Facility or the applicable booking service.

Article 11

Liability of the Facility

1.

If the facility causes damage to a guest in the performance of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the facility, the facility shall assume responsibility in accordance with applicable laws.

2.

The facility shall not be liable for damage caused by natural disasters, other force majeure events, the guest’s own intentional acts or negligence, or other circumstances not attributable to the facility, except where the facility is legally liable.

Article 12

Baggage, Personal Belongings & Lost Property

1.

Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables and personal belongings.

2.

Items found after check-out will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the facility’s established procedures.

3.

Food and beverages, items that are difficult to store hygienically, and other items deemed unsuitable for storage may be disposed of at the facility’s discretion.

Article 13

Parking

1.

When a guest uses the Facility’s parking area, the Facility provides a parking space only and assumes no responsibility for the management or security of the guest’s vehicle.

2.

The facility shall not be liable for accidents, theft, or damage to vehicles while parked, except where caused intentionally or negligently by the facility.

Article 14

Guest Responsibility

If buildings, equipment, furniture, fixtures, or other property of the facility are damaged or soiled due to a guest’s intentional act or negligence, the guest may be required to pay the costs necessary for repair, replacement, cleaning, or other restoration.

About Your Stay

1.

The facility is a private whole-property accommodation reserved for one group per day.

2.

Please do not accommodate or allow facility use by more people than declared at the time of booking unless prior approval has been obtained.

3.

The facility uses self check-in. Please review the check-in instructions provided before your stay.

4.

Please treat the facility and its equipment with care during your stay.

5.

Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked when going out and before going to bed.

6.

Facilities and equipment may only be used during your stay. Please do not remove them from the premises.

Using the Wood-fired Sauna

1.

When using the wood-fired sauna, please be sure to review and follow the operating instructions and precautions provided by the facility.

2.

Please exercise sufficient caution when handling the sauna equipment and any open flames.

3.

Please refrain from using the sauna if you are feeling unwell, have consumed alcohol, or are otherwise unable to use it safely.

4.

Please use the sauna, cold bath, and outdoor relaxation area within comfortable limits according to your physical condition.

5.

When children use the Facility, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, who shall be responsible for ensuring their safety.

6.

Please refrain from improper use of equipment or use contrary to facility instructions.

Prohibited Acts & Important Notes

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, guests are asked to refrain from the following acts.

1.

Conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2.

Loud voices, excessive noise, or other conduct that may disturb neighboring residents.

3.

Smoking outside designated areas.

4.

Use of fire or open flames in areas where such use is not permitted.

5.

Bringing hazardous materials, items that emit offensive odors, or any other items that may compromise the safety of the Facility.

6.

Removing equipment or furnishings from the facility without permission

7.

Intentionally damaging or soiling buildings, equipment, or furnishings

8.

Using the facility without permission for business, commercial photography, events, or other purposes unrelated to accommodation

9.

Any other conduct that interferes with safe facility operation or the surrounding neighborhood

Gazebo & Outdoor Spaces

1.

When using the gazebo and outdoor spaces, please be considerate of noise and nearby residents.

2.

When using fire, please follow the equipment, locations, and methods designated by the facility.

3.

Use of outdoor facilities may be restricted for safety reasons due to weather or other conditions.

4.

After use, please return all facilities and equipment to their designated condition.
