Q.
What should I bring to use the sauna?
A.
Please bring beach sandals, swimwear, a sauna hat, etc.
The cold bath uses natural well water.
Q.
Can I have a BBQ?
A.
A 57 cm diameter BBQ grill is provided.
Please bring your own grill grate, charcoal, and fire starter.
Q.
What amenities are provided?
A.
Face towels, bath towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also available.
*For consecutive-night stays, one face towel and one bath towel are provided per guest for the entire stay.

Is Wi-Fi available, and how is mobile reception?
A.
Wi-Fi is available. Mobile reception may be weak inside the log house for docomo and SoftBank users, while au users may have no signal.

Is heating available in winter?
A.
In addition to air conditioning, kerosene heaters are provided during the winter season. Please bring your own kerosene, or use the empty tanks available free of charge and purchase kerosene at a nearby store.

Is parking available?
A.
Parking is available on the premises for approximately 5–6 vehicles. For easier parking, we recommend arriving in around 3 vehicles.

Are there places to shop nearby?
A.
Convenience stores and a roadside station are approximately a 3-minute drive away, while a supermarket is approximately a 10-minute drive away.

What facilities and attractions are nearby?
A.
Golf courses, ski resorts, and natural hot springs are located within approximately a 30-minute drive. For more information, please see the Area Guide on the ACCESS page.

Can I access the facility by car in winter?
A.
During the winter season, snow removal is carried out from Yamasaki IC to the front of the facility. While we recommend using studless winter tires, regular tires are generally sufficient. As road conditions may vary depending on the weather, please check the latest conditions before your stay.

How many guests can stay?
A.
The log house can accommodate up to 6 guests. For groups of more than 6 guests, an additional container room is available for an extra charge. The room is equipped with two bunk beds, bedding for up to 4 guests, and a toilet.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
A.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

How do I check in?

The facility uses self check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided before your stay.
Q.
Can I stay with my pet?
A.
Pets are welcome. Please add your pet to your reservation (additional fee applies). If you bring a pet without prior reservation, a penalty fee of JPY 30,000 will be charged.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
A.
For reservation changes or cancellations, please check and complete the necessary procedures through Airbnb.
