The facility is located in a natural environment. Insects, leeches, and ticks may be present on the premises and around the river. Please also be aware that insects may enter the building even after cleaning.

As the facility makes use of the natural terrain, some areas may have uneven or slippery surfaces. Please watch your step when moving around the premises.
Sauna & Outdoor Facilities
When using the wood-fired sauna or outdoor facilities, please take care around fire and uneven footing and use all facilities safely.
Winter Use
During the winter season, snow and icy road conditions may occur. Snow removal is carried out from Yamasaki IC to the vicinity of the facility; however, as road conditions may vary depending on the weather, we recommend using studless winter tires.
Weather & Natural Disasters
If we determine that the facility cannot be used safely due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other conditions, we may ask you to change or cancel your reservation for your safety.
